The Caulfield Electorate
Caulfield District is a metropolitan electorate located approximately six kilometres south-east of Melbourne. It is a vibrant area comprising 16 square kilometres and is a part of Monash Province
The electorate is made up of the suburbs of Caulfield as well as parts of the suburbs of Balaclava, Elsternwick, Glenhuntly, Malvern East, Ormond, St Kilda and St Kilda East. The District has many attractions and features which include Caulfield Racecourse, Rippon Lea mansion; the Caulfield General Medical Centre and the Caulfield campus of Monash University.
It is a vibrant and diverse community offering a range of education, social and commercial opportunities. At the time of going to press there were over 36,850 people registered to vote in this electorate.
